Inside Account Manager
I have over 10 years of customer service experience, and I have learned that word of mouth can make or break a company. A positive experience is appreciated, but a negative experience spreads like wildfire. I treat everyone I come across with care and respect, and am loyal to a fault. I will try to meet and exceed expectations. Without customers, there is no business, so I value the customers that keep this business going.
