David Root (1982)

David is a second Generation Owner of Root Brothers. David serves as Company President with over 26 years in the industrial supply business. Staying ahead of the technology curve is something David strives for every day. “As a company, we strive to be technologically advanced and solving our customers’ problems.” This focus has resulted in strong, long-term customer relationships. David is a service-disabled veteran. His leadership has provided the growth of Root Brothers into the new millennium.

Aaron Root (1994)

Aaron is a third generation owner. He has held several positions during his career here at Root Brothers. Aaron now serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His drive is to provide the very best customer service to our customers by focusing on our core values. With his leadership, the company has grown as he encourages each employee to perform to the company’s highest standards. His example of leadership has proven to be one of the company’s greatest assets. Aaron is an OIF veteran and applies the same leadership to Root Brothers as he did as an officer in the United States Navy.

Ryan Klinger (2011)

Ryan is the newest member to join the Root Brothers family. Since the fall 2011, Ryan has proven his capabilities within the company and has gained the respect of our customers. His athletic accomplishments have translated well in his drive to succeed and provide the very best service to our customers. He has demonstrated the confidence to seek out customers, build strong, honest relationships and address the needs of our customers.

Willie Edwards (1973)

Willie has been with Root Brothers for 38 years. He started as a retail salesperson, in what was then known as builder’s hardware. When promoted to the industrial channel, he brought to our customers a deep knowledge of locksmithing, hardware as well as tools and their applications. He takes great pride in meeting our customer’s needs and goes the extra effort to ensure that we meet their expectations.

Jeff Lindekugel (2004)

Jeff is a person who perceives challenges as opportunities. He typifies the customer service mindset by providing an important value added element in all his dealings. His diverse knowledge of products allows him to address each of their needs which in turn helps ensure the short and long-term success of the customers he serves. Jeff represents himself and Root Brothers with the kind of professionalism that is rare today.

Marcus Ireland (2005)

Marcus started his career with Root Brothers in our retail division. He has recently been promoted to our Assistant Store Manager position. Marcus’ main goal while in this new position involves organizing the different departments to create a better experience for our customers. Marcus strives to provide one-on-one personal service to all of our valued customers both within the community, and beyond.

Rebecca Pachniak (2007)

Rebecca is a strong member of the Root Brothers Team. As a Municipal/Industrial Sales Representative, Rebecca’s background in the Fastener industry has helped our customers gain the best possible success. Rebecca listens carefully to her customer’s needs providing quotes, expedites, etc. Working closely with our customers allows Rebecca to find the most beneficial supply solution, which in turn creates lasting professional relationships.

Becky Miller (1995)

Becky serves as an example within the office. Her hard work on behalf of our customers, provide the basis of our customer service mandate. She treats each member of our team with dignity and with her pleasant personality; she has made many friends over her career at Root Brothers. Her ability to focus on the customer’s needs is second to none. She is a self-starter who performs at the highest personal standards every day.

Dori Ward (1981)

Dori’s experiences exemplify how hard work and a hunger for knowledge can contribute to a company’s success. While holding many titles over the years with the company, she has never failed to help keep the company focused on its people, including customer and associates. It does not matter which hat Dori is wearing: Office Manager or Accounts Payable Supervisor, she shares her work experiences while continuing to build her own knowledge.

Heather Jakaubczak (2011)

Heather joined the Root Brothers team in early 2011. During her employment, she has proven to be a valuable asset to our company. Her organizational and time management skills have allowed her to accomplish many challenging assignments within the company as well as learning additional skill sets. Moving forward, Heather will be involved in Project Management, creating an avenue of efficiency for both Root Brothers and our customers.

Gary Root (1991)

Gary is a third generation owner at Root Brothers. He serves as Vice President of Operations. In this position, he is responsible for the daily operation of the business and defining our long term goals. He integrates our financial strength into satisfying the technological and distribution expectations of our customers. This focus has resulted in our long term viability as a supply chain partner to our customers.

Michael Dye (2005)

Mike is a designated Account Manager who approaches his role with a competitive spirit that drives him to provide immediate responsiveness and in-depth service to our customers. His sales management and professionalism provides our existing and new customers with confidence.

Louis Constanoplis (1988)

Louis has a winning strategy that comes from a broad set of ideals. His commitment to the customer is the core of his success. His strong convictions are what differentiates and defines him; this enriches our workplace every single day. While Louis specializes in Municipal and Industrial accounts his experience allows him to serve any customer with little effort.

Bobbie Mitchell (2006)

Prior to joining Root Brothers, Bobbie was a Strategic Sales Manager for Sprint North Supply. Mitchell was also a Senior Contract Manager for Ameritech and SBC with responsibilities for MROs and Tools, Data Services and Alliance contracts until 2000. Mitchell holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Louis University, a certificate in Purchasing Management from DePaul University and is a Certified Purchasing Manager. Bobbie is a professional in every sense of the word; she understands what it takes to get the job done.

Marty Keenan (1960)

During his more than 51 years at Root Brothers, Marty has held various leadership roles. He has helped lead the company from the Industrial Age into the Technological Age. His vision, leadership, and ability to establish close, positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors alike have helped to position the company for ongoing, long-term success.

Sharon Mancilla (1972)

Sharon has been involved in many areas of procurement in her professional career. Her devotion to her customers exemplifies Root Brothers dedication to customer service. This coupled with her vast experience and product knowledge provides a valuable asset to both Root Brothers and our customers. Sharon shares her product knowledge freely with both customers and fellow associates. Under her leadership in procurement the company has continued to grow.

Charlene Neace (1982)

Charlene has seen many changes over her career with Root Brothers and has held several positions until being promoted to her current position. As an inside account manager her knowledge and experience provides both customers and fellow associates with quick access to solutions. Charlene brings almost three decades of product knowledge to assist our customers in sourcing their supply chain needs.

Anna Trembach (1975)

Anna is an innovative problem solver paying close attention to details. The needs and expectations of the customer are her motivation. Her expertise is taking information and delivering a solution which benefits both her internal and external customers. Her leadership qualities are only the beginning of her abilities which she uses in her role as Account Receivable Manager.

Sharita Bolden (2010)

Sharita began her career at Root Brothers in Order Processing. Her efficiency and attention to detail has led her into her new role as an Accounts Manager Assistant. Sharita has already hit the ground running, providing excellent customer service within Root Brothers and beyond. Her knowledge of products and the ordering process creates a perfect fit for her in this role, and the company has benefited greatly from her talents and enthusiasm.
