Aaron is a third generation owner. He has held several positions during his career here at Root Brothers. Aaron now serves as President overseeing the sales and marketing of Root Brothers. His drive is to provide the very best customer service to our customers by focusing on our core values. With his leadership, the company has grown as he encourages each employee to perform to the company’s highest standards. His example of leadership has proven to be one of the company’s greatest assets. Aaron is an OIF veteran and applies the same leadership to Root Brothers as he did as an officer in the United States Navy.

Gary is a third generation owner at Root Brothers. He serves as Vice President. In this position, he is responsible for the daily operation of the business and defining our long term goals. He integrates our financial strength into satisfying the technological and distribution expectations of our customers. His focus has resulted in our long term viability as a supply chain partner to our customers.

Mike is a designated Account Manager who approaches his role with a competitive spirit that drives him to provide immediate responsiveness and in-depth service to our customers. His sales management and professionalism provides our existing and new customers with confidence. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships is what separates him from others in the field. He also instructs and holds new junior account managers to his standards as well provides administrative help for the sales department.

Brandon is a fourth-generation member of the Root Brothers family and has been involved in the industry since he was young. Growing up around the business, he learned firsthand from his grandfather, uncle, and father the values of hard work, product knowledge, and customer service that continue to define Root Brothers today. That early experience gave him a strong understanding of both the operational and customer-focused sides of the business.
As Supply Chain Manager, Brandon combines hands-on industry experience with technical knowledge to support daily operations and customer needs. He is also an FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, bringing strong mechanical aptitude and extensive tool knowledge that help him provide practical solutions across a wide range of applications.

Jeff is a person who perceives challenges as opportunities. He typifies the customer service mindset by providing an important value added element in all his dealings. His diverse knowledge of products allows him to address each of their needs which in turn help ensure the short and long-term success of the customers he serves. Jeff represents himself and Root Brothers with the kind of professionalism that is rare today.

Charlene has seen many changes over her career with Root Brothers and has held several roles until being promoted to her current position. As an inside account manager, her extensive knowledge and experience provides both customers and fellow associates with quick access to solutions. Charlene brings almost three decades of product knowledge to assist our customers in sourcing their supply chain needs.

Rebecca is a strong member of the Root Brothers Team. As a Municipal/Industrial Sales Manager, Rebecca’s background in the Fastener industry has helped our customers gain the best possible success. Rebecca listens carefully to her customer’s needs providing quotes, options, expedites – all in the quickest manner possible. Working closely with our customers allows Rebecca to find the most beneficial supply solution, which in turn creates lasting professional relationships.

Jennifer has over 10 years of customer service experience, and she has learned that word of mouth can make or break a company. A positive experience is appreciated, but a negative experience spreads like wildfire. She treats everyone she comes across with care and respect, and is loyal to a fault. Jarred is passionate about building strong relationships with our clients and delivering high-quality products and services. Using his experience in Supply Chain Management and Analytics; he is always ready to go the extra mile to meet customers’ needs and expectations. Whether it's finding the best solutions for their challenges, negotiating the best prices for their orders, or ensuring timely and accurate delivery of their goods.

With over 25 years in the MRO market, Ted’s capabilities and knowledge are what make him a true asset to Root Brothers. He came up in the industry, starting in warehouse positions and as he gained experience and knowledge he worked his way up to an account manager. Ted’s abilities and exceptional follow-through have put him in place to oversee the day-to-day operations of order processing and logistics for our customers.

Steve has been in sales and customer service for almost 20 years. He has a background in many different fields including warehouse equipment, material handling, and automotive. Steve’s values are deeply rooted in making the customer feel like their experience was truly professional. His background in many different areas gives him a unique perspective on ensuring the customer gets exactly what they want and what they didn’t know they even needed. He excels at taking on challenges and coming up with solutions for customers with attention to detail no matter how big or small the project is.

Anna is an innovative problem solver paying close attention to details. The needs and expectations of the customer are her motivation. Her expertise is taking information and delivering a solution which benefits both her internal and external customers. Her leadership qualities are only the beginning of her numerous abilities which she uses in her role as Account Receivable Manager.
